DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

ABSOLUTELY! If you don't love your Artfily item, we will refund you via store credit. Refunds must be processed within 60 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it. If you want to request a refund, please email our customer service email for help processing.

Please include a note as to why the item is being returned along with your order number and name so we can process the refund quickly.

Refunds will take 2-3 business days to process. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email notification with your store credit number.
- All Personalized Orders are NOT subject to a refund or store credit.
SHIPPING BACK YOUR ORDER:
While we always provide free shipping to you, we do not provide free return shipping. Please review our complete return policy before sending back your order.

- We don’t require a Return Authorization, but please include your original packing slip inside your return.
- We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
- All returns will be processed within 3-7 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once processed.
SOMETHING WRONG?
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.
- If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at info@artfily.com so we may address the issue.
- We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period.
- We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues wherever possible.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you are needing to cancel your order, please contact us via email within 6 hours of placing the order. All of our products are print to order, so after 6 hours, we send the order to printing and processing to ensure it gets delivered to you in a timely fashion.
